Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud
• Payment is processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your payment card details
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. OraRV is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for detailed information.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

6. Warranty

OraRV products come with a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of OraRV and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OraRV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
