Returns
We offer a 30-day money-back guaranteeon all OraRV products. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your sensor for a full refund.
Return Conditions
- Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Product must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless the item is defective)
How to Return

- We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back to us
- Refund will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return
Warranty
Every OraRV sensor comes with a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Premature battery failure (within first 12 months)
- Sensor malfunction under normal operating conditions
- Bluetooth connectivity issues due to hardware defects
What's Not Covered
- Damage from misuse or improper installation
- Unauthorized modification or repair
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from exposure beyond IP67 rating
